L&D Partners and Speakers Management

Compelling and engaging speakers are an integral part of any successful event so streamlining the speaker management process is imperative in overall conference planning process. From a planning and marketing perspective, the ability to track profiles, store bios and display information about each session's speaker on the agenda is essential.

The aim of the module is to track all event’s speakers and L&D Partners in a single dashboard and customizable call for papers. It collects and manages information like abstracts, CVs, disclosure forms, presentations, AV needs and much more. It manages all sessions and presentation details through intuitive system designed to collect information directly from L & D partners and speakers through a motivational task-based system whilst providing customization of information based on role and presentation needs.

An automated L & D Partners and Speakers Management system enables storage of speaker profiles in an account-level library to be used across events. It utilizes a new standard event website page with layout options designed to showcase speaker information thereby formatting data tags to drop a full list of speakers with information and pictures into event/session emails for event promotion. It updates existing and builds new reports to track which sessions have been assigned speakers, or create a printable agenda to provide each speaker at the event.
